Sober Living Transitional Housing
Tn24 offers recovery residency in 3 phase transitional living. This independent living situation incorporates long term supportive housing with intensive support services including thinking and behavioral modification plans under the supervision of a certified addiction specialist. This program will empower you to re-enter the community and assist in family restructure as a successful, productive member.
Each resident is provided with housing, weekly case management, counseling and support, as well as referrals and access to resources. Mandatory weekly meetings enable residents to become actively involved in the community while developing important life skills such as effective parenting skills, spiritual growth, and building healthy relationships. In addition, a resident manager is available 24 hours a day for drug screening and monitoring.
